If you have a question that hasn't been answered by the chat bot, please click the button that reads "Or click this button to send a question by email" in the chat bot box type your message and send it to me as email. You will recieve a copy of your message by email for your records. Alternatively, you can reply to any of the automatically-generated messages from my website (i.e. order confirmations or tracking number notifications).
What is your phone number?
I don't share a phone number because I am hearing impaired and can not process voice by phone. It is also not possible for me to answer a phone (or respond to text messages or chats) while making Just the Goods products, so email is a more effective means of communication.
What is your email address?
I do not publish an email address because of the shocking amount of spam I receive each day including -- but not limited to -- unsolicited marketing, phishing, and scams. It is hard for me to find and reply to your messages when they are buried under unwanted content.
Using this chat bot as an email portal also helps to ensure my replies reach *you* because Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, and Gmail users frequently report that my replies go to their spam/junk mail folder. Replies going to junk mail can delay you receiving an answer to your question by days or weeks (or altogether!) depending on how frequently you check that folder.
